Cost of Sales

The following guide to cost of sales is provided by the office of notary Dorothy Clarkstone. Kindly contact her directly to verify the following costs. This information is valid as of January 2008.

Purchaser’s Costs:

  • Fees, disbursements, GST & PST, if using Dorothy Clarkstone: $500.00
  • Strata Corporation Fee for signing Sublease and Strata Certificate of Full Payment: $ 157.00
  • 1% Transfer Tax on Purchase Price
  • RCI and maintenance fees not included

    Vendor’s Costs:

  • Costs of clearing title (if required): $200.00
  • based on Dorothy Clarkstone’s fees and disbursements
  • disbursements vary depending on courier costs, signing cost with a Notary Public

    Any outstanding maintenance fees must be paid prior to Pacific Shores Owner Enterprises signing a Sublease for the new Purchasers (can be done by undertaking by purchaser or Vendor’s Notary Public and paid on completion of the transaction)

    If new Purchaser is not using Dorothy Clarkstone’s office, the lawyer/Notary will require the Sublease form from Dorothy Clarkstone and the fee for obtaining same and having them signed by the Strata Corporation will be $300.00, which includes Strata Corporation Fee.
