1. Why should I buy a timeshare when I can rent instead?

Advantages over renting include:

  • Ability to trade within the RCI system (over 3500 resorts worldwide)
  • 50% off rental rate year round
  • No upkeep or maintenance required (No lawns to mow-just enjoy!)
  • No charge for additional guests (up to maximum)-unlike hotels
  • Forces workaholics to take time off! (hint to husband Ian ;-) )
  • Saves money in the long term
  • An inheritance to be passed on to your children and grandchildren

Being brought up in cottage country back in Ontario-I can really appreciate the difference btwn timesharing and spending time at the cottage. I remember every weekend would be spent doing 'maintenance' such as painting, cleaning, lawn upkeep-you name it! At Pacific Shores all we do is pack up some food and head out the door! The kitchens are equipped right down to the placemats and coffee maker and housekeeping takes care of the cleaning (midweek). The units are kept in excellent condition and are top quality, no 'roughing it' or secondhand furniture here...Plus the cottage never had its own jacuzzi tub with double sided fireplace...

2. What are the floor plans and size of the units?
