This is a fabulous unit, lower floor, with patio access directly to the ocean and beach. There are no buildings in the way of your view. The backside opens up to the hot tub area. These are the older units, very solid, very quiet and always being refurbished using the annual maintenance fees, which are in the six hundred and fifty dollar range.

Week 24 is the second or third week of June, this year (2008) it's the week of June 14th. It is usually warm and sunny at this time of year, but of course, being the West Coast, there is always a chance of rain. The flowers are in bloom, the gardens are beautiful and the nights are short, so lots of daylight up to 9 p.m. and light early around 5:30 a.m.
