Sell your Pacific Shores TimeshareOn this web site, potential buyers will find your timeshare listing and contact you directly, unless you have commissioned a realtor. The timeshare resale market is very price sensitive. High priced units do not generate much activity. Lower price units do generate a good deal of interest.

  • List Price
  • Comments (up to ten words)
  • Your ID number (generated by us)
When the potential buyer clicks on your ID number, a basic web page appears which displays your:

  • Resort Week
  • Resort Unit #
  • List Price
  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Email
  • Fax
  • 25 word comment

No commissions
Commissions are only payable if you contract with a realtor.

Using a Realtor

You can choose to have a realtor handle eventual inquiries. In this case, your realtor's name and contact information will appear on the listing.

We recommend Carolyn Dyment of Sutton Whitecap Realty, as she has extensive experience with Pacific Shores Timeshares. Please find below a checklist and background data in Word format, which you must fill out if you would like to work with Carolyn Dyment.

Ready to list your timeshare?

Not sure how much to sell your timeshare for? The following link will help you to consider various factors when deciding on a selling price:

What is a reasonable sale price for your timeshare?

Once you decide on a price and are ready to list your timeshare, please fill out the online Listing Application below. It is a Word document, which you can open and print locally. Alternately, please contact Anita Roy to receive a copy of the application in the regular mail.

Your Timeshare Unit not Selling?

If you are not getting any bites on your timeshare listing, please consider the following:

  • Is your price too high? Look at other similar listings, and see how your price compares. Are they almost the same time of year, same type of timeshare? Naturally, if two timeshare listings are similar, and very different in price, then the buyer will contact the lower price timeshare.

  • Did you highlight important selling points?
          e.g. "Sleeps 4", "Great garden access for kids", "End unit" or "ocean view" etc.

  • Did you describe your experience a little?
         Buyers enjoy a personal touch in your listing. e.g. "We enjoy the lovely spring weather" or "This is such a great retreat for our family".
