Once you decide on a price and are ready to list your timeshare, please fill out the online Listing Application below. It is a Word document, which you can open and print locally. Alternately, please contact Anita Roy to receive a copy of the application in the regular mail. Please Click on the words "Listing Application" below to access the application form. On this web site, potential buyers will find your timeshare listing and contact you directly, unless you have commissioned a realtor. The timeshare resale market is very price sensitive. High priced units do not generate much activity. Lower price units do generate a good deal of interest.
